About a year ago, I had some trouble with a Premium wig purchase. You helped me and 'went above and beyond' to make sure I was a happy customer. I exchanged the Premium for two regular wigs. The quality of your wigs is uncomparable to other vendors. I was very frustrated when I had problems at the beginning but I could not be more pleased with the final outcome. I've been meaning to write this for a long time - just wanted to say 'Thank you' for your assistance and the high quality of your product speaks for itself.
