Do You Accept Down Payments or Lay-A-Way? We accept down-payments for custom orders, only. To set-up a down-payment plan, please call us at: 1-800-714-3189. We will require a $99 deposit at the time your order is placed & the balance is due once your wig is completed & ready to send out to you.

Sales, Discounts, and Price Reductions, How are they done? We receive new inventory daily. As we receive new items & meet sales goals, we are able to offer lower prices to our clients. Our prices can change throughout the day by either increasing or decreasing, so if you see a good deal, go for it, no telling how long the sale will last. Once a price increases or decreases, we are unable to honor a price that you may have previously saw. Due to our changing inventory, we are unable to offer refunds for items that are priced lower than when you originally placed your order. Instead we suggest that you take advantage of the lower price while its available and buy more items to have on hand for a later time. This is a corporate policy & cannot be changed by any client representative or member of management.
