For Custom wigs these iems are made especially for you. Once you place a custom order, you have 3 days to call & make a change to the custom options of the wig. After 3 days, we cannot make any changes.  We try to move as quickly as possible to have your order ready ahead of schedule and this is not possible if we allow continuous changes throughout the manufacturing process.

Deposits & payments for custom wigs are non refundable. So if you decide to cancel your order or not complete payment, the monies paid will be paid to cover the fees that were associated with us starting this order for you.  The deposit paid for the custom wig cannot be used to offset another puchase on our website. The deposit will be considered forfeited if your order is not paid in full. This policy is binding to all custom orders.

For all of the items we carry, they are handmade & customized for each individual client, so please be patient & allow our wigmakers to do what they are famous for.

We only use our Optimum Invisi Lace, for wigs that are in our "Optimum Invisi Lace Wig" category. If the wig you want is not in this category, it cannot be made from Optimum Invisi Lace. If you are ordering a custom wig from the Optimum Invisi Lace Wig category, we will automatically make it with the Optimum Invisi Lace.

Yes. We can make a custom wig to match your own hairline for an additional 75$ fee. Simply place your custom order online at www.MyWigsAndWeaves.com. When finished, please email photos of your hairline to Customer Service, along with your order number. Once received a rep will contact you, confirm your order, & bill the service fee to your account.

Once your details have been received, a rep will email/call you within 24 hours confirming your order details & total payment owed.
