Exchange Policy

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed on All Products We Carry! If you are not satisfied with any part of your order, you can send it back for an exchange. Please read below to find our store policy regarding In Stock Items, Custom Items, & Accessories.

In Stock Items - No Hassle Returns

The item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Brand New, Never Worn
  • Lace Must Not Be Cut
  • Invoice Must Accompany Exchange

Our Exchange policy is good for 3 days. So from the day your order is delivered, you have 3 days to have your item postmarked & on its way back to us. Any items that are postmarked past 3 days will not be accepted. We have this policy due to how quickly our inventory changes.

We only allow one exchange shipment per order invoice number. Once you have sent back item(s) from your order, another exchange request will not be honored again at a later time. The client will be responsible for the shipping fee for the new item. This will be billed to your credit card on file.

Please allow approximately 2 weeks from the date your item is mailed back for us to email you that your exchange has been processed. Please note that we only handle exchange requests via email. Since our inventory changes quickly, we will contact you to find out the new item you want, once the store credit has been issued.

Shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable. Please note that for all exchanges received back, we will charge a flat $10 processing fee for the exchange. This will be waived only if we have mailed the wrong item. This will be checked once the item is received back. Any store credit will be less these fees. The store credit provided will be good for 1 year.

Custom Merchandise - No Hassle Exchanges

For Custom Merchandise the same policy applies for In Stock Items, Except that the store credit, can only be used for the purchase of another custom item. The store credit provided will be good for 1 year. The policy is slightly different for custom wigs, because these items are customized to meet your specifications and not the general public like our In Stock Items.

Accessories, Adhesives, Removers, & Hair Care Products

These items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Your exchange/return must have the following items or your item(s) will be shipped back to you:

  • Invoice
  • Reason for Sending Item Back ( not required)

If your item meets our store policy above, you will receive your store credit within 2 weeks. Please note that we do not offer loaner wigs for the time to process your unit. If you are in a rush to get a new wig, we suggest that you go ahead & purchase a second unit. We always advise clients to have 2 units on hand so that you are able to switch between the two and to not put too much wear & tear on one wig.
