The MyWigsAndWeaves brand is your assurance of quality craftsmanship. We'll be happy to exchange your purchase within 7 days from day of purchase. The following exclusions and limitations apply: - Items marked"Discontinued", "Bargin Bin", "Closeout", "Sale", & "Clearance", are not exchangeable & are all final sale. If you send back an item that is in this category, it will be returned to you.
- We cannot accept items that are not in the original condition. The returned items must be unaltered, unworn, undamaged, lace cannot be cut, and in factory condition. Additionally, all tags and packaging must be included.
- Due to the nature of the hairgoods industry, we find it necessary to charge a 20% re-stocking fee. (For example if you made a purchase of $600.00 , but then changed your mind after receiving the order, there would be a $120.00 charge).
- If your order was a custom order, it cannot be returned of exchanged for any reason. Custom orders are final sale. Due to these being made specifically for your head size, they cannot be resold.
- If you request our assistance in selecting a style or color, please understand that we can only make suggestions and cannot guarantee that these suggestions will work for you. We cannot waive the re-stocking fee on exchanges, so please make sure that what you order is what you want.
- We cannot accept any accessories for exchange or refund. If they are returned to us, they will become the property of My Wigs And Weaves.
We do not offer monetary refunds. The credit we issue is good towards exchanges only (store credit does not expire until you use it). |
