To send
an item back for exchange or repair, make sure that your item
qualify to be returned.
If so please follow the steps below:
1.
Email us
at
CustomerService@MyWigsAndWeaves.com
for Exchange Authorization. You must include your Name, Invoice
Number, Phone Number & Reason for Exchange. Once your email has been
sent, it can take up to 3 days to get an authorization.
The Authorization will contain the code needed to access the
Exchange/Repair Form.
2.
We must receive your request within 7 days of your receipt of
package. Multiple email submissions, will be deleted. After we give
you your code, you will then have 7 days to return the item to us.
3.
Exchanges that are sent back without being authorized, will be
returned to sender at your expense.
