In Stock & Custom Wigs, Hairpieces, Frontals, & Extensions ( Regular Priced Items ) - No Hassle Returns

The item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

* Brand New, Never Worn
* Lace Must Not Be Cut

Our Exchange policy is good for 7 days. So from the day your order is delivered, you have 7 days to have your item postmarked & on its way back to us. Any items that are postmarked past 7 days will not be accepted. We have this policy due to how quickly our inventory changes. Please note all returns/exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We only allow one exchange shipment per order invoice number.

Please allow approximately 2 weeks from the date your item is mailed back for us to email you that your exchange has been processed. Please note that we only handle exchange requests via email. Since our inventory changes quickly, we will contact you to find out the new item you want, once the store credit has been issued.

Please note that store credits are good for one year, 365 days from the date issued.

Synthetic Lace Wigs - Store Policy
We have received an overwhelming response to the purchasing of our synthetic lace wigs. For these items, we want clients to be informed that we make these items to offer our clients the look of a remy wig but with a price that is normally 80 to 90% less. With these items, they are processed & colored one by one once your order is placed.
The color for synthetic wigs will always be different then the color for human hair. For human hair, this is natural hair coloring, for synthetic wigs, we make colors that resemble human hair - with this being said, no two colors will ever be the same for a synthetic wig. For all of the color swatches you see online, the colors are for human remy hair only. For synthetic wigs, we do not post a color chart, because the color may change slightly from unit to unit. To get the best reference of our colors, we ask that you reference our Actual Synthetic Lace Wigs ( that are on sale in this category ) only & not the color chart for our Remy Human Hair Wigs.
Now, with wigs that are mass produced by large foreign companies you may find this consistency, but with our company we are a boutique company and we hand mix each color, to give your wig a one of a kind look. Please note that for colors, we provide a drop down menu below each item of the best description of the color you will receive.
As for the styling of our wigs, they are also permanently styled at the time you order. So what we do is look at the style & we re-create the item for you. Each item is styled by our stylists on duty and we are perfectionists at all times. So we want for you to know that we are making and coloring these items by hand, they are unique, and no two items will ever be the same.
Please note that we do not accept returns/exchanges on synthetic units & all sales are final. We will only offer a store credit in the case that the item you receive is grossly misrepresented from the item pictured online ( i.e - the style is no where near what was ordered). We do not believe in sending anything that you did not order & we would have not have been in business for over 15 years if this was our practice. Rest assurred that we will send you a beautiful unit, that will be made with care & quality.

If your item meets our store policy above, you will receive your store credit within 2 weeks. Please note that we do not offer loaner wigs for the time to process your unit. If you are in a rush to get a new wig, we suggest that you go ahead & purchase a second unit. We always advise clients to have 2 units on hand so that you are able to switch between the two and to not put too much wear & tear on one wig.
