We hope that you receive your wig & are satisfied with the quality & style. All the items we make are custom made according to the details we receive at order placement.

We do our best to create you a wig that you will love. If there are any points about your wig that you would like to have different for your next order, just send us an email and we will make a note on your account for future orders.

Due to health regulations we are unable to accept wigs back for exchange or return.

We do not offer any monetary refunds. All Sales are final.
