To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

MyWigsAndWeaves takes every measure possible to ensure the privacy of your personal information. At no time will we share any unauthorized information stored in our customer database with any third party. We currently use outside delivery companies to deliver orders, and a credit card processing company for the billing of phone orders and Internet purchases. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes. You can call in your order to a customer service representative at 1-800-714-3189. . I'm unsure if my online order went through. What should I do?
Check your email to see if you have received an order confirmation from MyWigsAndWeaves or Authorize.net. If not, make note of the error showing on your screen if any. Then contact customer service either by phone 1-800-714-3189 or by email. They will look into your order and verify if it was received. For security reasons, please don't send credit card information via email or Live Chat services.
How can I track my order?
We can provide you with a tracking number one business day after your order is placed. Contact us by Live Chat, or by email. We will be happy to track your delivery for you.
Can I have a catalog sent to me?
Currently, our inventory changes daily, so we do not offer printed cataloges.

There are no retail stores at our head office location or distribution offices.
How do I get a promo/discount code?
Promo codes are time-limited offers published online or in print and are published periodically. Sign up for our newsletter now to receive the latest news, updates and promotions.
How do I use a promo/discount code?
On the item's page, there is a box for discount code. If a promo code is in effect, enter it in the box provided and click the "Add To Cart" button. Your new total will appear if it was for a discount. Note: Promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
How do I get on your mailing list and how often will you contact me?
Simply sign up to receive our newsletter. We also periodically send additional updates on new products and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time with the click of a button.
Can I place one order for two different items and send them to two different addresses?
When you are sending to two different addresses, you must place completely separate orders for each delivery address. I want to send two items to two different addresses.
Do I pay delivery for each address? Do I need to place separate orders if I am sending to more than one address?
You will be charged a delivery cost for each unique address as our shipping costs are a flat fee per address. If you're shipping to two unique addresses, then two separate orders should be placed.
Is it too late to make changes or cancel my order?
We ship your order to you as quickly as possible. It depends on the status of your order and whether it has been processed and/or shipped. You can contact our customer service representatives at 1-800-714-3189 or by email. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Your delivery requires a signature.
How do I waive this?
All shipments require a signature for proof of delivery, this cannot be waived.
