Placing an Order

We have two methods for placing orders. You can call & place your order over the phone, via 1-800-714-3189 or for international clients 1-901-201-5039.

We receive a heavy volume of calls daily.  We enjoy working hands on with our clients & we value all calls. So if you call & reach our voicemail, make sure to leave a short message with your name & phone number. All sales calls are returned within 1 business day or less. Also, many days we have a very heavy workload & we will stay in the office many nights up to 12 midnight & sometimes later. So whenever you have questions or comments, just call us & will get back to you promptly.

Our shipping warehouse remains open until 12 midnight, CST to ship the day's orders.

For all orders you will receive a tracking number providing the courier & the expected time before the item is delivered


In Stock Orders
All orders for in stock items will have a 1 to 10 day processing time before they are shipped. The exact time frame will be on your item's product page.

Custom Orders
For custom orders, these items are NOT in stock. We will custom hand make each of the items, according to the specifications you choose on your order form. For the items, they take 30 to 60 days to be completed. Here are the time frames below:

Adding Items to Cart
When you add items to cart, we ask that you setup an account if you are a new client or log into your existing account if you are a current client. When you log into your account, your item will remain in your cart for 30 days. Please note that adding your item to cart, will only save the item for you, but it will not remove the item(s) from stock. To make sure you get the item you want & ensure it from selling out, you must go through checkout & purchase the item.

Once you have successfully checkout, we will immediately send you an email from authorize.net showing that we have billed your card. You can also log into your account, click view current orders & print an invoice copy of your order.

Wish list
If you are not ready to purchase & just want to make a list of the items that you like, then you can just add the items you like to the wish list. The wish list is a button that is available at the bottom of each page for every item that we sell. Once you are ready to purchase, you can easily move the items from your wish list to your cart to checkout.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately. Subject to Verification.

Pay with 50% Deposit
MyWigsAndWeaves.com is now offering a Deposit Plan for custom made items. You can use our deposit plan to order any custom item. With the 50% deposit, we will start making your wig once you go through checkout & complete payment. In the discount code section, you will enter code: Custom-Deposit.
This will bill your credit card 50% of your total order.  From the date you place your order, you will have a total of 90 days to pay your balance off. If your order is not paid in full on or before 90 days, we will contact you & inform you that your deposit(s) will be forfeited.
If your order is forfeited due to non-payment, we will use the payment(s) you made to recover our fees & no monies will be refunded to you. So please know that we offer this Deposit Program to assist you with payments, so if you need a payment extension, please contact us.
